About Us...

Dr. Charles Harper completed his training at the Baltimore Harbor Medical Center.  He is board certified.  His areas of interest include adolescent gynecology and menopausal management.

Dr. Lisa Jackson-Moore completed her training at the New York Presbyterian Medical Center.  She is board certified.   Here interests include high risk obstetrics and surgery for benign disease.
