Elizabeth Newsome has a BS in nursing and is a nationally certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has 25 years experience in OB/GYN medicine. The last nine years she worked at the Women’s Hospital of Greensboro Maternity Admissions Unit. Elizabeth has been in the fitness industry since 1985. She has a special interest in prenatal fitness and has implemented several prenatal programs at Greensboro area hospitals and health clubs. She is a certified group fitness trainer through the American Council on Exercise, a certified personal trainer through American Fitness Professionals Association and a certified Nutrition Specialist through Lifestyle Management Associates.
